1 and 4 are my favorites. Your Milan angle looks similar to mine.. I found it very difficult to find good places to shoot as there are so many visual obstacles (like the safety wall, light polls, etc)..

You could also try some burnout shots shooting from the general area of the road of shame. I have a few examples on my web site.

Yeah it's tough to find a good angle there. I wanted to go up the wall some but wasn't sure where I could/couldn't go. I just went with some friends to a wednesday night test n tune
