Default Zero-rust Now In Stock At Unlimited Offroad!

Zero-Rust is a direct-to-metal; phenolic modified alkyd coating that controls rust and corrosion by putting down an impermeable barrier at the steel level. Eliminating air entrapment on the substrate.

Colors available red oxide, gray, black, cat yellow, green, white, safety red, tan, safety yellow.

Available in 12 oz aerosol cans, Quarts, gallon, and 5 gallon pails.

We have black, gray, red oxide,clear aerosols in stock! Black and gray quarts in stock also!

how much is a can? does it cover about the same amount of area that a normal can does or is it thicker?

I take it you guys have used the stuff? How does it work? any long term results compared to a typical quality spray bomb can?

we don't have any long term results yet, we have used it on the shop Brute, as well as some of the bumpers we've built, and it seems to work well, the prep coat is the critical step, it's a granulated powder you dissolve in water, and apply. Get that on, and the paint applied just like any rattle can.

Does the prep coat powder dissolve enough to be able to spray it from a windex type bottle or is it a wipe/brush on?
