Default Grinding Noise when coasting

I have 1996 chevy k1500 5.7L silverado

Anytime your going say above 45, eveything is normal, normal road noise, tire noise..etc, but if you let off the gas and coast then there's a somewhat loud grinding noise, (like a tire lug is hitting something, but that's not what it is, just an example of what it sounds like). The noise is coming from the front and I'm pretty sure the passangers side, but if you get on the gas it goes away.

I'm thinking wheel bearing?

Any Help?

I really haven't looked at it, (I know, duh lol), I just havent had time to, but the cv is good, the boot is not torn or ripped and there's no grease on it

grab the top of the tire and wiggle towards and away from you. if it clunks, the wheel bearing is gone or going...very common
