82 burban 2wd to 4wd

Im getting ready to convert my 2wd suburban to 4wd. Its a 6.2 diesel 3/4 ton
and my daily driver. It has a turbo400 with a dualrange overdrive behind it. the plan is to use a divorsed 205 tcase behind what i have in there already.

i have a full float 14bolt rear to replace the semi float 14bolt thats in there, and a 10bolt for the front.

i got a little bit done, i made a front crossmember to hold my springs and got it mounted and i drilled and mounted the rear shakle hangers. im going to leave it together for opening day of gun then start the tear down of the front suspension

im going out to kennys today to get my 8lug hubs (my 10bolt has 6 lug outters on it)
and i still need a 4 10 gear set for the front 10bolt im going to try to find a used set, but if i cant find one ill have to buy new.

ill post some new pics soon i worked on it all day saturday, i bought a dana 44 from mr crawl that already had the right ring gear brand new ball joints, lockouts, and ujoints
it also had high steer arms so i made hooking up the steering a breeze. i drove it home in 2 wheel drive, i still have to put shocks on it and mount the divorced tcase.

i have a set of 33in allterrains for the winter, im going to look for some 36s for next spring.
