The sand road 2 tracks in montague can be fun.
What ever we do I would like to try and make a day out of it, maybe plan a lunch stop and do a quick cook out. Does this sound good to anyone else?

Sounds good to me, I've learned not to make plans, on trail ride days.

Can't make this one - unless you want to move it to Benzie county. About 2 hours North...

Sounds like lots of fun. Might as well start early and make a day out of it.

Yes - we are 5.4 miles from Twisted Trails. We are still investigating good trails and only have seasonal roads that we know. Nothing challenging at all in fact I could probably drive my car on most of these.
We are trying to connect with another friend of ours that will be near Baldwin this weekend and we want to get out for some investigation....new trails. Or at least new to me!

There are some nice seasonal roads in White Cloud and Hesperia, though I dont know where they are. I have a friend that knows the area better but the ones he likes have questionable legality...
I think the Little Manistee Route looks interesting... I guess Rodger would be the one to ask though.

Or ask Trailfanatic he know all there is to know about whats legal and whats not.
Or if its not posted (no trespassing) its legal right.
Just kidding.
i know of some trail that way between wooster and whitecloud, but i dont know them that well so it would be more of an adventure than an A to B type trip.
