Depends on the insurance. Some company's wont cover anything if you leave the roadway.

Back in 93 flopped my Jeep over on Test and insurance payed then. Told them exactly what happened as well. Due to my good record with them rates didn't go up either. Not sure if they are still as forgiving though.

Totally depending on your coverage/company

But FWIW a buddy rolled his and had comp. they didn't even cover the tow back to the parking lot. but his insurance did cover the doctors appointments/medical bills for the passenger that was injured.

I always laugh at the threads where people bitch about needing insurance to drive in a park. The reason above is exactly why i have my truggy insured. Simply to pay for ANY/ALL medical bills that could arise from a ORV mishap.

Buddy of mine was insured through AllState with full coverage and had a bike land on his truck. The insurance paid the truck off and paid to have the vehicle towed back to Wixom. Of course once they got the $1200 bill for the tow and then his truck they canceled his policy. But they covered his truck.

First:
Do not listen to anyone on here.

Second:
You need to talk to YOUR insurance agent. If they wont tell you the answer you need to talk to a claims adjuster and tell them you want to ask a general question. Every company is different and not every policy with a company is the same. Cooter who has a friend Jim-Bob that wrecked his truck one time somewhere kinda like the dunes CANNOT answer your question.

If you have trouble getting the answer you are looking for, PM me and I will contact your agent with you and help you ask the right questions.

Looks like I had it right on the first reply... and no Offense SweetLeah, but Tipple A has more polices and types of coverage than Stevo has STD's and lame comebacks, so most likely unless he gives you his policy number and SS number they wont tell you anything about his policy... Though I am sure they would gladly give you a quote of your own that would inclue coverage in an ORV park.

so what if you totalled out your vehicle up there and the insurance wouldn't cover it. Would your gap ins. through your bank pay the whole thing off?

X2 - SOOOOOOOOOO TRUE Girl!
I work at State Farm - You need to ask questions about your insurance to the person you bought it thru. . . . . You know the person that has a license to bind coverage. I just love when I get the calls that go "Well my buddy said he one time back in 1992 had a claim that . . . . . . . . That is a huge pet peeve for me!
