Default Does anyone make this shotgun?

Here is what I want:
Walnut stock
18" smooth bore barrel
12ga Pump

Is that too much to ask? Ive been looking all night, and everything is either a 26" barrel, or synthetic stocks, or rifled barrels.

I'm not sure, but maybe you could buy a Remmy 870 home defense, then purchase walnut stock and forearm.

I'm guessing you want it to come like that in the first place so you don't have to spend an extra $100 to get what you want...

That's exactly it. Maybe I can get the local gun shop to put one together for me.

Can't go wrong with an 870, but if you don't want the same shotgun everyone and their brother has, look for a Winchester Model 97....good luck finding one. Norinco makes a sweet repro of the 97, complete with bayonett lug....and it's a "slam-fire" 12 ga. pump....meaning that if you pump a round in with the trigger pulled it will fire, and keep firing until you're out of shells.

I'll be putting this one on Gun Broker this week...bayonett included, NIB never fired.

My dad traded the 870 wingmaster 12 ga. I used as a kid for a stupid Mossberg because it was camo....I could have smacked him...he thinks he got a deal because the Mossberg was brand new (from Wal-Mart) and the 870 was a 1953......it still pisses me off...I think I'm going to go call him right now.

Is a 20" barrel close enough?

walk into dunhams/dicks pick any mossberg up and handle it/ cycle it feels like a cardboard box full of rocks. my ithica, you pick that up and it is solid no shake no rattle if you stock checked someone in the head with both, the moss. would break in half.

I've never once seen a mossberg 500 or rem 870 jam. If they did the gun was probably abused or not cleaned in years. Those are the two best pumps you can buy for any shotgun under $500.

the mossberg was almost brand new. jam. o. matic. As for the 870, they are excellent out of the box, and i know a couple of tricks to tune them up even better.

Sounds strange. I've never heard of a Mossberg 500 jamming like that. Maybe cheap shells? Either way that's strange to me.
