Default TJ removable windshield pins.

I have made replacement hinge pins for Jeep Tj's that allow the windshield to be removed. The cost is $75.00 a pair. They are made from 8620 steel and have been treatd with a Black oxide finish. If you would like me to disassamble your hinges I will do so for an additional $40.00.

I own a machine shop and can make various special parts or modify what you have. Regardless of what it is shoot me a Pm.

to take your windshield off

just pull the clips and it sepertates the hinge in two..thus seperating the windshield from the body..

easy on / easy off..

EDIT:thanks Rubilooe
im betting you have to add some sort of quick release wiring for the wiper system (on YJ's and CJ's at least)..

i did this to my cj and love it

Default Wiring

No wiring on a TJ unless you have the electronic mirror, you do need to remove the wiper arms which take all of 10 seconds. Great Idea by the way !!!
