you should really think about putting swine pockets on the hood to allow for the b.a.c.o.n. (breath-abilty concentration omnibus navigation) flow....

just a thought.

Well this is a valid point. However my jeep had the 4 cyl in it b4, and I have always felt that it got terrible gas mileage because of the small engine just was always struggling. So I feel the v8 will improve my mileage assuming I drive it correctly. However I lifted it cause it looks awesome and it will get me over more rocks and logs =)

Yes this will be my daily driver =) again I'm not as concerned about gas now, but I was in the heart of driveline back when gas was so high

What kind of tires are you going to run? I hear Power Cats are the best ones you can get and they have less rolling resistance then most tires. That will help your mileage.

Since it is SOA and has a one inch body lift, I am told that I can run 33's with out probs. I have not bought tires yet, I will take a look at those tires, thanks.

We only use salt in the winter. Speaking of that, is this going to be a winter ride too or just summer top off cruisin?

All year round, I blasted the bottom with durabak, I hope rust won't be... much of a issue.

looks good man. good choice with the 700. I have a 350/350 and 35's and you can tell the first is a bit tall to handle the 35's with 4.27s eventually going to do a 700 because no overdrive sux balls.

ya I know but I did'nt do all this work to have it sitting in a garage. Life is short, I want to enjoy it. If it rusts again, I'll fix it again lol. I have however done A LOT of rust prevention.

I blasted clarkstoncracker's bottom with "durabak" and rust is definitely the least of his worries.
