I wouldn't waste my money on a Dana 35. Find yourself an Explorer 8.8 with disks and 4.10s and you'll be way ahead of the game.

x2 or at least swap in a 8.25, its almost as strong as an 8.8, but no disk brakes.

Just trying to save you some headaches, that's all. The Dana 35 is a weak pile of crap. My last one grenaded from 30" tires on the street.
Are you able to set up gears yourself?
