Default 1996 ranger heater core

My boss wants me to do a heater core on his ranger, I'm told it's one of the hardest trucks to do one on. Is this true? Just looking for some feedback before I tackle this job. Thanks guys

If its like the 2nd gen explorers.........have fun.

The dash needs to come out, and theirs a few nuts and bolts on the engine side of the firewall as well. You have to take the a/c section of hte hvac unit under the hood loose to get at the nuts/bolts. Remove the pass inner fender and you can get at most of those.
