Default Toyota 1DZ diesel engine??

Does any one know anything about this engine, it is in an aircraft tug, it looks to be early 90s vintage, and is in front of an auto trans. Would anyone know what trans it is. This is what I am talking about, https://www.aerospecialties.com/cata...oducts_id=1434
Obvious not the exact one, but has a good pic of the engine. Any info would help. Thinking about making a diesel jeep or other small 4x4.

I did some searching, I did find that site yesterday, but there isnt much info on this engine, other than someone asking the same question.http://forum.ih8mud.com/diesel-tech-...ta-diesel.html I did find that it is rated at 55hp and is 2.5 litres. I really would like to know what tranny is behind it, to know what would have to be done to put a t-case on it.
