Default 18 Foot Car trailer 20,000 lbs tandom Axels! CHEAP!

Ok I have to move yet again and I need $ to do so.
I don't want to sell this but I have to.

Not sure on the year of it and I have no title just the Proof of plate (Has good forever trailer plate on it that I got with it.)

I rewired the whole trailer 2 years ago everything was working when last used about 6 months ago.
Its Work shop Gray rustolum paint also. Has good tires but they are dry rotting from setting and age. I have 2 spare wheels tires and all the tie downs go with it including axle straps. Has 2 5/16th" Ball mount.
Ill throw in a 2" class 3 Receiver with the ball on it with the trailer as well! the fenders set low enough that you can open the doors on most cars and clear them! This thing tows great loaded and unloaded!

I have well over $2500 into it if not more. Ill let it go for $1800 o.b.o. with wood ramps or if you want the 7000 lbs rated aluminum ones I have Ill let it go for $2000 o.b.o

Call me 313-850-3212

Sorry no pic's at this time as Im packing up to move and have no clue what box the damn camera is in

the axles may be rated for 10k each, but the rails look a bit weak to hold even 10K LBS...

interested in it, but what is the trailer itself rated at?

We have had a 2001 F-350 on it one had a Power Stroke with a huge 14,000 lbs rated winch and just massive winch bumper a 14" Drop plate steel Rear bumper a Hard cap 4 door Short bed with 21" Of lift on it. The truck weighed in at 15,8000 lbs on a scale at the scrap yard in Inkster EMPTY!. We took it all the way to silver lake on it no issues at all. It was pulled with my buddys 96 F350 long bed 4 door. Then on the way home a Buddies truck broke down we unloaded the one truck and put the broken one on it. That one I have no Idea what it weighs in at but was an Old International with BBC and was loaded with camping gear. Again No issues. I have no idea on the rating but 2 other people on 2 other sites have said they have the same trailer and they have haled very heavy items on it without issue as well. Its all I-beam rails with Heavy Diamond plate decks on both sides. Its really built well. Its a heavy trailer also your not moving it alone (Trust me Ive tried)
Id say its probly rated for around 15,000 lbs though if not more. The axles have 4 huge pugs and they are very heavy 16.5" wheels the tires are rated for 4500 -5000 lbs each! The hitch ball says a lot to being most trailers use a 2" or smaller ball this one is HUGE at 2 5/16" I didnt get the ball at the 1st auto parts store I ended up getting it at a trailer shop in taylor.

Hope this all helps and let me know if you would like to come and take a look at it this weekend.

Not 20,000 looks like 7,000 gvw trailer to me. to be 20,000 it would need a few more axles or tandem duals.

could be 14K gross, add hitch weight... 20K I had a goose neck with 2 14000lb axles... though 4000 is a lot of hitch weight for that tong LOL

Sorry don't have the cash but it's a nice trailor whatever the rating. Some people have nothing better to do. Anyway, trying to trade my Jeep for a trailor now. If it falls through I'll let you know. Free bump for ya though.
