Default HELP Rim size

Ok I just got a set of 33/12.5/15 tbirds. Says on tire that they recommend 10" wide rim. What would be the downside to using a 8" wide rim?

none. the upside is it will be harder for the tire to come off of the bead. if you will be using the tires for road use at all it might wear a little faster in the center.
