Sorry the timing didn't work out better. These kind of things rarely get together more than a week in advance.

Of course. I've peddled some Subie stuff through there and even made a post or two. You've got a hell of a memory.

So in your other thread, you said you had a couple cameras that were the same as the ones that are used to film Planet Earth?

You mean these?
http://www.broadcaststore.com/store/...m?eq_id=434307

Or the cheap sony's that are a dime a dozen that they use for riskier shots?

They have also used 16mm film cameras for a few shots.

If the first one, you have quite the investment there

We've kitted out Sony HVR-Z1U's. We might bring along the 4-point lipstick cam rig, but doubtful. We'll also have a pro photog on site with a Nikon D3 and D90.

Sony's are junk.

I shoot with high-end Canon equipment, along with an old Arri 16mm cam. Also an award-winning professional photog specializing in large-scene lighting such as: (sorry about the quality, snagged them off my facebook)

Some lighting issues with this one:

Not really. I kinda figured maybe you were on there because of the rally stuff. I knew a few on there from my WRX days. I pop on there once in a while. I may have met you up at Sno*Drift if you ever did the Subaru meets up there.
