Default whered you mount your winch

i got a champion 2000lb for the quad and was curious how most of you guys mounted it? it seems kinda crammed up in behind the rack and was looking for some ideas

i personally just hold onto the winch and then pinch the gas tank with my legs

what kinda of machine you have? You may be able to find a Winch relocater @
www.montanajacks.com

this will allow you to move the winch from the front to the rear. Kinda pricey though.

good idea but just looking for something to mount to the front for now since i dont need one for the rear because my buddy is always with me when we go mudding and he has one but thanks a shit load for that site, they got some nice stuff

I don't think you have to buy the whole system do you? I was thinking maybe you could just buy the front.

i put it in my back pack straped to plywood! just cut a small hole for the winch cable

bought a Warn going to be making a hitch style mount for my sportsman so i can move it form the front of the quad to the rear w/disconnects. Red Dragons!!! Will post pics of the build.
