Default New Hi-Lift Jack Bed Mount/CB antenna Base

I just picked up a Hi-lift and a CB and needed a place to mount the jack and antenna on my truck. This is what I came up with.

You may want to look into getting one of the poly isolators that keep the handle from rattling against the jack. I have one and love it! I think Daystar makes them???

Looks really good.

Its a ranger w/ 38's. Havent actually used the jack yet but it should work fine to get the tire off the ground. It is the 60" jack.

How do you mean a Hi-lift will kill you? If it flies around in an accident or from misuse?

Removal of the jack for use is about as easy as any of the mount kits that hi-lift sells. Its just two 1/2-13 homemade "wingnuts" and its off the truck and ready.

I plan on buying/making an isololator very soon. Only had the jack about a week.

I can make one for free out of the same material as the daystar ones.
