Default Can anyone guess what is this hub from please?

Im trying to rebuild this trailer, can anyone try and guess what this hub is off of so I can buy new wheel bearings and seals without trying every size, I think it is something GM because the rim center cap says GM and the lug pattern is the same as my 98 s10 which I believe is 4.75

It looks to be a really old custom made dune buggy trailer or something like that.

and if it makes any sence at all the driver side lug nuts are left hand thread!!!!!!!?!!!!!

Get a real axle with suspension and easily maintainable parts. You will thank yourself later.
