Honestly, just cutting your logo or something into the facing area would dress it up to the level of everything else IMO.

I agree with them Geo... I spent a lot of time on my build and somethings that at the time I just didn't want to look at anymore and decided well that looks good enough. I now wish I would of done differently. I'll be changing them again now and it would of been much faster and cheaper to change before. That truss will work more than likely but you will not be pleased with the look of it soon.

i would lower your lower mounts to middle of axle that should help with 2'' of lowering that truss . it looks way to awkward just sitting on that axle

They are 1/2" above centerline. that one is sitting on top in that picture because I had it bolted to the crossmember and I needed to move the axle back to get it in place on the tube.

It looks taller than it is, when I put some tires on it'll put it into perspective.

So far I havent seen or heard anything to make me want to change it.

a design like this would look nice, with a few speed holes and dimpled sections.

Skooter, the point isnt to add 10 extra lbs to the buggy for a better looking truss. I've seen it in person and it looks good with the tires. Bryce is right that pictures make it look massive.

Also, it might not be appealing to all, but to a rig that will be in more comp than car shows, isnt function > than appearance.

yep, more than anyone else has done...

I'll get some pictures when it's sitting on tires, it'll look a lot different.

I need to put in a front spreader over the radiator, make one rear shock mount and machine the upper links and it'll be off the table. Maybe this weekend.
