i got my Armalite .50cal bmg two weeks ago and have shot 20 rounds through it. what a blast. the kick of this gun is = to a .243. with a cheap scope on it for now, i am shooting a 4" group at 400 yards. and i was just using old surplus ammo from 1953

4" @ 400 yards is 1 minite of angle. and that is about all all you will get out of an armalite shooting surplus ball ammo. if you upgrade to commerical match ammo you will cut that to 2 - 2.5' if you are real carefull with handloading, and buy a $1,000+ scope then you would want to be 1.5 - 2"
