Default So, I'm going to court tomorrow to file a lawsuit against Tonka (eric)

two years ago, I drove past tim hortons on a daily basis, never paying them any mind. Well, Eric started showing up at my house, alot. And he always had tim hortons coffee.

Well, I decided to see why he went there 4 times a day, and decided to try it. Well, I quickly became hooked on iced coffee, and normal coffee. Something I have never drank in my life.

After doing the math, at $4.00 per day x 730 days, I have no other option then to sue Eric for $2920.00.

Hopefully we can settle this in small claims.

I don't think you can take this one to small claims anymore. Isn't the cutoff something like $2500? :tonka:

Funniest thing is - I just remembered that the first time I met Tonka, it was buying a wheel from him from the MJ days.

He had us meet at a Tim Horton's.

That's hardly enough money. You have to sue for more. Since you are hooked, you have to sue him for the $$ you will spend at Tim Horton's over your lifetime. Not to mention gas money and your valuable time.

small claims court max is three grand, so I think you got a shot.

you may need a witness to testify
