Default I lost 7 lbs overnight. :(

started disgorging the contents of my stomach into streams of brown, red, and tan at roughly 11:30 last night.

nearly simultaneously, (and in some cases literally simultaneously) a light colored coffee like fluid started violently expelling iteself from the other end.

Stomach flu's suck, no matter how you describe it.

the vomitting stopped at 6:30 or so. The other end finally stopped about an hour ago, roughly the same time the fever broke.

perfect timing too. the roofers started this morning - somehow I've managed to sleep through most of teh banging and hammering, and air gunning...

Nothing worse then sitting on the can with a bucket between your legs.

I had the worst stomach thing ever about the end of august, I had the squirts and the heaves but the worst was being the cold chills then about an hour later I would be sweeting my ass off. it was 5 days of hell. the doctor saw me on the fifth day and said if I wasn't better in a day he was going to addmit me for fluid loss. its nothing to mess with get help if you can. I was down about 15 lbs

I sort of have one of them cast iron guts , my Doc says im 50 % Neanderthal . Bad part is he pionted out a few things that are not common in modern man but were predominate in Neanderthals and me then said , damn you got a long faimly line

What seems to bother him most is my ability to consume spoiled food with no consequneces to pay . It bothered my Mother even more

Miff on the other hand just says , hey that has mold on it . Yep i know .

I've been sleeping on and off since I made that earlier post from bed.

yep, chills, sweats. 3rd shower of the day to get the sweat off...

I haven't had anything to eat in 27 hours now (nor been downstairs in that time frame), and am now 9 lbs off of yesterday's weight.

very weak and unsteady on the feet, if I'm unable to keep anything down in the morning (so far the gatoraide and water is mostly staying down) then I'll be headed to the ER for a couple of bags of iv fluids.

Won't be the first time (or last time I'm sure)

Kerry: this isn't surgery, this is violent yawning in technicolor! If nothing else, I've had a stomach workout that the ablounge couldn't touch, and likely won't be feeling glutton-spec at thanksgiving..

I was going to be a little more eloquent, but my vision was a little blurry, and I was typing on the laptop, whilst lying on my side in bed (lying on my back or stomach makes the stomach start going into dry heaves even now)

I know the feeling, when I was on chemo I would vomit for days on end. Wouldn't eat for weeks at a time lost tons of weight. Iv fluids pumped in at incredible rates. Pissin every 30 minutes. I still can't eat lassagna, lemon flavored foods, or subway without getting sick. I tried to eat those while in the hospital and now have a mental thing that makes me sick when I try to eat them even though i know they weren't what made me sick.
