YES that is all powder coat!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its no shock to me that you have never seen that done before becuz there aren't many people doing this type of thing!!! I have developed a process that allows us to do multiple colors and designs on a single part in powder. It turns out BA and since it is all pc it is super durable!!! If you can dream it chances are I can do it in powder!!!

Jim

BTW it may be cheaper than you think!!!!!!!!! I try to keep my prices reasonable to ensure that I can keep going without having to get a real job....LOL

Have interest.
Got any clue on pricing for a snowmobile exhaust and silencer?
I would most likely get them orange too, if that matters for quote.
Thanks.

Unfortunately, I cant do exhaust pipes in orange because I cant get the high temp stuff in the color. I can do high temp powder in black, flat black and silver. I can do ceramic in black, chrome like color, titainium, white, satin blue, and cast iron.

PM'd with pricing

X2. I have 2 skid plates for my XJ that I need done soon ( like yesterday).I also have a BMX frame and fork , and a roof rack. I am pondering my rims as well (set of 5). What is your turnaround time? Shoot me a quote or a few. One with just the skids and more quotes for the rest. Does your kiln fit a roof rack? I need to see if your prices justify 2 trips all the way up there. Your work does look great

Sorry Guys Ive been busy and havent had a chance to check in.

Roof Rack, If it will fit in a 3ft x 5ft x 6ft cube I can do it.

Skid plates, Depends on the size but anywhere from $15 to $75 depending on size and condition.

Bmx Frame and fork $60

Rool Bar if it will fit $160

Coils Depends on condition no or little rust $30 each rusty $75 each
Long arms $75 each

Wheels
Steal up to 15" $40 each
16 - 17 $50
18-20 $75
22-24 $100
This is single color includes prep. I can do 2tones and other affects contact me for pricing on that as it varies as the design varies.

Aluminum wheels
15-16" $60 each
17-18 $75
20 $90
22-24 $110
Again single color and includes prep. I can do 2tones and other affects, contact me for pricing on that as it varies as the design varies.

Calipers
Single color $25 each
custom design add $15
Calipers have to be disassembled aka pistons and seals removed, you can do this or I can, charge for that is $10 each includes reassembly with same seals or new ones you provide.

TURN AROUND TIME is currently less than 1wk a day or two depending on what it is and if I have your color in stock wheels are longer usually 1-2 wks.

You can call me at 989-992-6696.

Sorry for the delay... I'll work on getting some other pricing up.

Jim

Will it fit in a 3 x 5 6ft cube? I will need to at least see some pics of it in order to quote it.

A little about the glow, It works best on light colors. I am able to do the glow by putting an additive in the powder before I spray it. This additive is quite expensive so if your project is large it may be kinda pricey.
