Default several problems 95 explorer

key fob not working, every time i plug in my alarm fuse it goes off and the key fob will not shut it off, unlock the doors or do anything.

Starter not engaging flywheel. i want to say the flexplate is stripped out beyond use, but if you've ever changed one thats the last thing you want to say has anyone had experience in changing them out on these things? id like it over with fast and easy.

wipers only work on High. my guess is a bad MF switch.

Highbeams have a bad relay. they get the smallest bit muddy or wet, i have to replace them. looking for a solution.

No horn. who makes a decent horn? i would like to install one.

my bumpstops seem to only allow like 6" of travel, if i remove a big 4" block in them will it affect anything on the street? (pix to come of said block)

also would like to cut off any un necessary parts in front.
any help/advice would be great

why would he want more problems then he already has, and at a higher cost??

remote=make sure batteries in remote are good, then reprogram it (sorry, dont have the procedure available, but call the dealer and they may tell you how to do it)

starter=pull the starter off to verify the flywheel is damaged..it may be just the starter...with the starter out of the way, though, you can easily see the teeth and spin the engine over by hand to check the whole ring gear

wipers=work on high, but nothing else, yes, replace the multifunction switch...think of a blower motor resistor, its setup similar

relay=dielectric grease

horn=its a horn, pick a parts store and buy one

bumpstops=any change to the factory suspension will affect it in some way..but doubt it hits the bumpstops very often during normal street use anyway...

and the last one...all depends on what you mean by "unnecassary"...after all, it doesnt need fenders, grill, or a hood to run and drive....

starter is brand new, ive used it 3 times, it was skipping a bit, i think the ring gear just finally pooped.
as for un-necessary things, theres a hook on my A-arms see in the pic.

as for bump stops..LOOK AT HOW FREAKING LONG THEY ARE!
