Default '89 Dodge Ramcharger

Due to lack of time and money I gotta sell my project

1989 Dodge Ramcharger
5.9 360 V-8
727 trans
141,xxx miles
$600

The body is pretty rusty, but the frame and floorboards are solid. Its lifted 3 inches and is sitting on 33" BFG M/T's with about 20% tread left on them. I got a set of 35" mud brutes that can go with it too. It needs some work...The driveshaft needs 1 new u-joint and is currently not on the truck. Im not sure if the starter is going or if its just a weak battery but you usually got to jump it to start it up, and the power steering leaks from the gear box. It could be a fun beater/mud truck if someone wants to put a lil time into it.

heres some pics showing the worst of the rust/body damage

but the body mounts, floorboards, and frame are all still solid

and its the drive shaft going from the transfer case to the rear diff that is currently out...as i said it just just needs a new u-joint put in it, i just havent had the time to do it

It runs good, but as i said above Im not sure if its the starter or just a weak battery but you usually got to jump it to start it up. It can be driven when in 4 wheel drive.

price is now $500 firm...My daily driver is in need of a new transmission so this thing needs to go

The power steering leak is a slow steady leak...I just topped it off after driving it a while...I have had to jump it to get it started the past couple times...it was sitting for over a week each time...

If it doesnt go soon its off the the scrapyard

The interior is in pretty good shape, its all red but the passenger seat was replaced by the previous owner and he put in a blue seat...I planned on cleaning the entire truck, and possibly putting in the new u-joint this weekend if I get some spare time...

The heat works fine, the air conditioning might need a recharge or might just need to be replaced...it hasnt worked since i bought the truck. Other then that the radio works but is kinda hard to hear over the exhaust (dual straight pipes), cruise control works fine, it has power locks that sometimes work and sometimes dont (loose connection maybe) other then that it could be a good winter beater if someone wants to put a little bit of time into it...I really hate to sell it but its just sitting in my driveway and the extra money would help out right now

x2 it should be a tbi motor with a good set of heads 302 castings. the heads are sweet with a little bit of porting. the trans should be a a518 also. dodge started tbi on the rc's in late 87 up to 91 for 318s and 92 for 360
