Put a labor lien on the properties you worked on. If you can prove you worked there and were not paid the homeowners will have to pay up if they sell their house. You dont even need a lawyer. Homeowners tend to get really pissed at contractors when this happens. Go to your local dep of labor they will likely tell you how to do it. Plus if this guy is paying under the table they will be interested in that too.

Just go to the register of Deeds office in the county that he lives in..DO a lien on his property and it will only cost you a little $$ with the paper work.It will be sent Cert. mail.It might get his attention. that is If He HAS property !

The Property description office can get you a copy of his property description that you will need, not just his address.

liens on propertys i worked on are not an option they payed up to tod rickert he never payed me. times are tough i was willing to get paid peanuts under the table to feed my family.

also i dont see how its a looser case i have time cards to prove my hours the secratary was there every day and she can vouch for what happened
