Default DOW 5000 Revisited

Wall Street is now talking openly about the possibility of the DOW dropping to 5,000 and the S&P 500 to 400-500. This is actually good news. The more negative everyone gets, the more likely we're getting close to a bottom.

I wish I was in a 2 story building so I could jump out a window

Looks like we might find a bottom this month.

we've hit a total reversal from overvalued to undervalued. IMO we will spring back with a 25% gain over the rest of the year in the S&P...

All the bad news is already factored in..

I've also jumped into all these automotive companies that were slaughtered over the last 8 months... Arvin Meritor, Noble, Standard motor products, accuride, dana...

IMO, tossing a couple bucks into each one has the potential for a huge payout if even one of them survives..

I see no bad to the market dropping. for so long the quick inflation increase got so far ahead of working pay raises. it was all due for a correction.

Citi just released it has been profitable so far this year. This confirmed my guess that the bottom was hit. A financial turning a profit is one of the last things we needed to see.

I said months ago it would drop to 5500. that is the break point. if it gets there and is stable for a month or so it will start to re climb.
