So I built some long arms and tube fenders for a buddies Rubi.

I figured I would share.

What did you use to cut the rear flares? For the tube fenders did you just weld the whole seam? Also did you just pull the inner fender back to the new mounting place or did you have to make a new inner? They look good.

A body saw. Its pretty much a mini sawz all.

Yes the whole seam is welded, SLOW procdure.

Yup just pulled it back. Made a releif cut then filled it.

diy long arms for wranglers only or xjs to kinda far to ship but if price was right when i was ready? may be interested
