Default 96 RAM 318 overheating and injectors

i need help - this is my first ram and it is a 96 ram with a 318. I know it needs injectors so i have them with the fuel rails. Are they hard to change?

The second question is 2 days ago i lost heat and if i run the truck on the e-way the temp goes to 260 but the radiator is not bubbling like a head gasket and it is full of coolant. Any ideas?

Thanks a ton

the fuel rail and injectors are not that bad to replace, stubborn though, specaly if the o rings are dry. put they just pop out as for over heating, problaby t stat, check actual temp with temp gun, you could have a plug heater core and bad sensor. odd, and unlikely but ya neve rknow.
