Default Cool thread about Apache 41 re-tooling

The apache 41 used to be the king of all rough water off shore V-Bottoms. The apache story is a very interesting one, filled with lots of old school miami crime.

Saber boats on the west coast of michigan were to build the apache 41, I think they built and sold one of them. They used the original molds and tooling to my understanding.

This cat here was hired to modernize and fix the original tooling (it wasn't the straightest in the early 80's when it was first built) and they made a few changes to improve on the look of the boat....

Anyway here is the thread.
