quick question where is the best bone yard for jeep parts in michigan?

most salvage yards around me hide the jeeps in a seperate lot (seriously) and the best place i've found so far (not in michigan) but not too far either, www.daveysjeeps.com jeeps only salvage yard, not too cheap but alot cheaper than new and they pretty much have everything and will ship.

Not sure about the rest, but the one in Oak Park is a residential neighborhood. There is no salvage yard there, trust me.

And Four Wheel Drive Hardware is a new parts company that puts out a catalog and has a web site. In fact, most of us have probably bought something from 4WD at one point or another.

hahaha I love the fact that Ron is in here, though if you've been to his place it'd make sense, havn't seen that man in a while

I think he put that down as a way to get a hold of him, he keeps his stash up north surrounding his other place.

Or the guy riiight across the border into Canada... can't think of his user name off the top of my head but he seems to have a complete jeep in the part out sections at least twice a month.

I know right when I signed up 1x1_something_craig had about every part you could ever imagine. I don't really see him post around here much often now though

x2 denny is a great guy to deal with and he has EVERYTHING known to man for jeeps laying around.

Craig no longer is parting out jeeps. All he has left is his LJ I believe as well.

Wow...Thats a name I almost forgot. I grew up across the street from him . My father and him were friends. He had a house of old TV's ,parts of a pipe organ, assorted electtronics and anything else you imagined. It was pretty cool going there as a kid as he was a authentic tinkerer.
Hope he is doing fine.
