on a 2" x 2" square tube does any one know what the radius is on the corner

how thick is the wall on the tube?

i think it is around a 1/2 radius. i have some 3x2 1/4 wall and that is about what it is.

the radius is normally 1/2 the wall thickness

did you mean 2x wall thickness?

I'll measure some tonight if you want but I'd bet on a 1/2" radius or so on a 1/4" wall 2x2" square tube

Looked like 3/8" to me on the outer edge. Just measured a piece outside:

Of course, who knows if its all the same. This is A500, I believe, which is cold drawn, not HREW.
