my cousins uncle is a gator hunter in florida during the winter. in many places they are overpopulated and represent a big threat to livestock. he said he shoots them in the head with a 22 hornet. as for gator steaks, not very hard. lots of places sell gator meat.

bogus hunt!
At 15 sec. one of the gators catches a piece of meat thrown to it. They are all lined up being fed.
Why would you need a blind and camo clothes when the thing you are hunting has no fear of you in the first place?

they are feeding on a bait carcass, no one is throwing them chunks of meat. p.s. these are african crocodiles of some sort, not american alligators.
