Default ranges in the mt. pleasant area

anyone know of any ranges or state land that people shoot at within a 30 minute drive of Mt. pleasant Michigan?

pretty much just looking for a place where i can go out and throw some clays with my buddies.

there's a rod and gun club in clare across from the airport on eberhart rd.

I don't think Michigan has any public ranges? Might want to look into getting a membership to a club.

never heard of them, also heard of a pit in leaper? But I can never find any information on them.
