Check ur fuel pressure. If good your regulator is bad.

Dumb question but is your fuel pressure above normal or at/below normal operating?

Check your injector resistance, it should be 1.0-2.0 ohms. Is this a cold start issue due to mother nature being a cold whore?

It all depends on the state of the pump and regulator. I've replaced regulators that we're stuck 3/4 open which is fun to diagnose unless you take it out. Fuel pumps are generally more tricky due to variables. Poop dick gas, a rusting tank, rotting lines, maybe even just a bad batch of fuel can cause it let alone the fuel gelling due to cold weather.

I would make sure your pressure is good before start up. Ex. Key turned to run but not start and engine not running at all b4 that and check pressure. You could have fuel bleeding off.
