Finally got the PSC Hydro Assist all installed...

Things did not start out so great. First thing I did was break the two weld nuts inside the frame on the bottom of the old gear box bracket. So I had to put in some sleeve tubes and through bolt it just like the side bolts were from the factory. Also installed a Parts Mike Steering bracket. This moved the box forward one inch. Which was big help with the clearance issue between the drag link and Tie rod bar that I always have had.

Next thing was to make a 7" tall tower mount. Since I run high steer arms the Ram needed to be above the Axle and behind the Tie Rod Bar.

Here is everything all mounted up.

And lastly I mounted the Cooler to the back of the grill just in front of the Radiator. It is hidden from view with the winch in place.

Finally time for the Roll Cage upgrade....

I decided to leave all the bending and Fab work on this one to the Master himself...So I took it to Kevin "Fabricator" with an idea and a ton of Pictures showing him what I was thinking.....Work is still in process on it but here are a few teaser shots of the main tubes mocked up... I will be keeping the back seat so lots more work to come on the back of the cage. Front Seats will also be cage mounted as well...

Don't you have kids in a back seat? If so, the cage won't protect them. If no back seat, it looks good.

Getting the top to still fit and protect the rear seat passengers is difficult, but not impossable. Looking forward to seeing how it works out.

Well it is all coming together.... All I got right now are these cell phone pictures. But atleast you can get the idea of how the back seat will still work.

Front seat mounts

Here it is with all the seats mounted.....
