Starting to look for axles hard now.... waiting for the right front 60 and it is tough..... would rather not go with the front 44 even though I found a good deal on that set..

I will live thru you.... keep that thing going! Looking great.

The start of build Phase 2: Finally time for the Body Armor and some much needed rust repair..

The not so good...Previous owner accident was much worse than I had thought and was packed with bondo...So I was talked into cuttting out the damage area (thanks Butler) and weld in new.

I will say I'am very happy with how it came out.

Needed a little floor replacing as well

And now starting to fit and trim the all the body armor. I went with the Genright Highline tube fenders even though I don't need the extra clearance just yet...But I stress yet Build phase 3 will need them.

You're getting way too fancy. You'll get it painted up all pretty and be afraid to scratch it.

The plan right now is to paint everything with a Single Stage paint....It will make for easy scratch repairs latter on...

You did not tell everyone that all of this cutting, welding, bodywork and painting only takes 20 minutes like on a TV show and how stressed out you are with all of the body work that is being done

FYI: You need to stop posting pictures, people are actually going to think I don't tape cars at Maaco

Got the Hood Trimmed tonight for the Highline fenders. Instead of just cutting it off. I cut it 3/4" longer than needed and rolled a flange back into the hood. It gives the factory edge back and hopefully will keep things straighter looking for a little longer.

I like how you can access the wiring harness through your fender.

Well ran out of time for paint....So everything got some Epoxy Black primer and spent many lost hours of sleep for the past week.....But I got it all put back together for the Jeep Blessing this weekend...

I'm really liking the flat black look....so I may keep it for while. Atleast until I feel like taking all back apart for paint..

Just a quick update....We had a blast at the Blessing and Went to Twisted Trails as well. Holy Moly put the new body Armor to the test.. Only problems we had all weekend was a smoked battery from to much winching on the Chadville course at the blessing .

This is from the back section of the Chadville course at the blessing, these tires were HUGE...

The best part of the whole weekend was teaching my 12 year old Daughter to drive the Jeep and have her do her very first Rock Crawling...
