Probably in may. I wanted to head up to silver lake for a sat. and sun. in April most likely after my brothers wedding.

Plus I kinda need to do a tcase and then throw my 2" spacers in up front to level out the truck.

I might head over to the 8 mile Parts galore to get a stepside bed for the truck and maybe find some less-crusty fenders and do some olive drab paint

well a while back I cut the front bumper and moved it back to the stock position.

But I have found other problems, I have to do a steering gear, a t-case, either seals in the trans or a new one, fix an axle leak, shocks, trans crossmember possibly.

tomorrow I am checking out a junkyard for a t-case and posslbly a trans, and maybe paint it.

that might be why the t-case is hard shifting. where is that trans leakin from? around the case or on the top? i think you might be able to pick up seals or something for the top

well I finally got the pinion seal in after putting it off for so long. Cleaned up the trans, and found out I might just need to get a newish tail shaft housing. Then I was messing with the 4x4 shifter linkage, I found the problem and was extemely corroded. I then accidentally broke it but got it to work goo but then broke in another place, so I have to get a new shifter mechanism. Then I steering gear. Just might end up keeping it now.

went to the junkyard to get a new steering gear but ended up buying a passenger fender and a door for my dads truck. Going to work on getting new er less rusted parts and get a decent paint job done.

Well I got another fender, so I have newer fenders to throw on the truck. They have a couple of small dents but are way more solid than the ones I have on now. Next I will be looking for a new bed. I kinda want to get a step side but I want the same amount of room as the regular bed so it will probably another one that same as mine now. Then I will be cleaning all the paint off to or close to bare metal and paint it a darker red.

And I think I have a weird transfer case shifter mechanism because I cant seem to find one like mine in the junkyards.

Got my steering gear in, it doesnt leak and is a lot more responsive.

Been thinking about throwing a 79 Bronco/F150 D44 under the truck with either 6" or 8.5-9" lift coils from jeff's bronco graveyard. probably leaning more towards the 8.5-9" coils and some 39" tires.
