nothing there was appealing to me.. Its all small cars and green freindly vehicle. the only thing that i thought was cool was the ford raptor.. other than that i was in and out with in an hour. I like trucks and jeeps.. no ferrari, lambos, audi's none of that stuff.

I went on saturday. It was alot smaller than in past years. the basement was set up for some hybrid driving course, for which the line was long. I think that the amount of hybrids there was just a sign of the future, especially the electric vehicles that everyone is releasing next year. I did not like the idea of a 2wd electric jeep wrangler, but the same system in a chrysler car that was there was pretty cool. I also thought that the designs for American cars were alot better looking than most of the foreign carmakers. You'll also notice there are several automakers missing from the show this year.

I don't plan on going. I hate going because of the people. I can't stand there and watch a bunch of people let their crack babies put their hands all over cars that they don't own, act like complete jackasses, and constantly be loitering around and in everybody's way.

I was able to get in one year under the press dates, and that was awesome.

x10 seriously greasy hand prints all over everything in the place. Not to mention all the radio and heater controls missing from all the vehicles

Going to Industry Preview days is really nice. You get better access and it's not packed. Here are some of my pictures from the auto show. We took an auditor so we had a really nice time that day.

I went on Saturday night and it wasn't crowded at all. I don't know if it was the weather or the economy but I enjoyed myself. Nissan wasn't there this year which didn't matter to me. Jeep didn't have the typical rock wall display with the waterfall, that didn't matter to me either. I love cars and that's why I went. I sat in the new challenger without having to wait inline, same with the new camaro and vet. Come to think of it, I was able to sit in every vehicle I wanted without having to wait at all. So to me the show was great.

It was kind of funny about the displays because GM and Chrysler had nothing, and Fords was as nice as always. Guess we know who got a government loan and who didn't....

I love cars too, but the people just ruin it for me. I'm not able to enjoy cars while I'm fighting inbred white trash and ghetto rats to try and see them.

Only reason I ever went was to eat some White Castles, and then try to find the most expensive car to fart in.

Definitely a toned down show. Saleen and other stuff aren't out in the entry way like earlier years. GM / Chrysler / Ford / Toyota / Honda / Audi / BMW / VW still had their big displays. Jeep had a 4 door Wrangler sittin on ~33" M/T's with a Warn winch on the front.

Nothin really new. Very few reasonably priced cars (like usual). Only exotic's were Bentley and Lambo.

My personal favorite chinese car company (of the 2 or 3 there) was BYD (Build Your Dreams ). After sitting in one of those things it was more like "Build your Deathchamber"

Used to be about $50 a ticket. Never tried to buy them, we get those tickets for work. Not sure how they send them out.

Its mcuh much much better than general public days. First, there are much smaller crowds, and second they aren't all ghetto trash.

You have to work for a car company or an approved supplier. Tickets are $75 each.
