what gets me is that the old assault weapons ban never made it to bush, so depending on the changes in the senate this may never make it to mochajesus. I think its time I spend some money to renew my depleted supply, anyone have some reloading tools I can buy?

ding ding ding we got a winner! i would imagine they would engrave the bullet on the back so it would not be damaged when fired! they want to ban handloading. they know they cant ban guns so they are just going to make it unreasonable to shoot them so people wont own them. damn lefties!

I think we are missing the point. Obama is just trying to push this a little harder because it supports his plan. Dont you think this will mean more governing agencies, more government employees, I mean isnt that his main goal right now, creating jobs? Im not saying I agree with it.

this would have nothing to do with creating jobs. this is to regulate guns. i dont think mochajesus has anything to do with it either. i think anti gun people are using this as an opportunity to start more regulations. they knew they couldnt get it through with bush in office.

how can they ban handloading? isnt that like banning backyard mechanics?

"oh, you have a 92 chevy? you need to replace the alternator? gotta take it to a dealer"

or saying you cant cook in you kitchen anymore, you have to eat at a restaurant where the food is prepared for you.

i know its different, and a bit of a exaggerated analogy but think about it.... vehicles and food poisoning injure a lot of people too.. hello, salmonella, mad cow, e. coli.... dumb winter drivers

i aint buying it

regulating ammuntition to that extent would be a lot harder in reality than in theory.

i do believe however that retailers could track the sales via drivers license or something. in fact i believe some do already

While I will agree with that, I hope the media and everybody with an iq under 70 doesn't blame obama for every single thing that goes wrong during his presidency.

um... no.

Replying to my sarcasm with more sarcasm does not mean he "got me".

My comment, and probably Bones also, were sarcastic comments aimed at the absurd notion that everything that happens in the country, and in particular the government is a result of the President and his policies.
