Default mid 90's cab's (150, 250) the same?

I am looking for a rear bech seat for a 94 extended cab 250. Will one from a 150 work? How about the fron seats?

i would assume they would all be interchangeable.

there are changes. firewall were the wiring harness bolted to the cab.
seats should interchange..
