That looks great, nice job. Is it still on stock axles? Longarms?

Full Traction 4" long arm kit. Bilstien 5100's. Stock axles and gearing. That will be next. I don't ever plan on being on anything bigger then 35's, so the rear 44 will be fine. Not sure what to do about the front yet. But, when I'm ready to regear and lock I'll have to figure it out then.

Wow has it been a long time since I've updated this thread.

After putting on some MTR Kevlar 35's (just before SnoFari) I found myself rubbing A LOT.

So, I stopped in to AEV and picked up a Highline kit.

I'm going to get all the fitting and fab done, then take it to Chealsea Paint and Restoration ( CPR ) so Jason can get it painted up for me.

OH, and I regeared to 4.56's with ARB's, and am pretty sure I'm going to end up on 37's in a few years, and it will be D60 time by then.

But, I think I should have gone 4.88's.

Woot! Congrats on the AEV Highline purchase. I'm very pleased with the set-up/install so far. The only issue I had was having to ovalize the holes in the battery tray brackets, as they didn't line up right with the studs on the firewall (minor issue). Let me know if yours fit up correctly.

My AEV hood & fenders are out for paint right now. Installed/painted pics to come soon.

Craig

Since my rig was wrecked, the passenger side is never going to be the same. Nobody can tell until I point it out. But, I know for a fact I will need to do some creative work on that battery tray and fenders to get that side all lined up nicely. I'm hoping the drivers side goes together smoothly, I'm sure it will. I'll post up the progress.

Jason, I've still not had a chance to look it up, but just hearing you describe it and talk about it has me sold!
Pretty sure it will be the only color like it on the trails. This is going to be fun.

It looks almost exactly like my dent when I first bought my wrangler! Will be watching this build!

More of a Salmon color, with Yellow and Aqua Blue flames down the side.

Also, added a Hansen rear bumper/tire carrier before SnoFari. I like it. (thanks SkooterB)

Passing power is a joke (and I've owned 3 4.0's with 5 speeds and never had this problem).
So, I'm starting to save now for a Hemi.
one of the reasons I went to the HEMI was because I hated my 3 spd auto too. If The HEMI's 545RFE would've worked with the 4.0 I might have stayed with it (not really)
