Run into some bad bad problems. I guess what looked to be minor tub damage turned out to be more major. The firewall got pushed back hard enough it destroyed the heater/blower assembly under the dash.

I hammered the batteybox back into a resonable shape that it holds a battery again. I'm going to be over budget on this one, after seeing that I have to get a body/frame shop involved.

I think I "may" have a TJ heater box out of a 98 if it would work for you

Did you get that from Davey's Jeeps? Thats where I got my LJ. My HVAC was busted into a few large pieces too. I pulled it out and was able to glue it up with some epoxy and covered it with silicone so it didn't leak.
