Trolling Motor

I found a Minn Kota 35, 24lbs thrust like brand new for $80. Good deal? Is it big enough for a 14' alum v-bottom . I have an 8hp chrysler but want a trolling motor also.

Get a good Deep Cycle battery to run it!!
I have the same motor on my 12' flat bottom.
Keep the battery charged when not in use and
make sure you are fully charged when you leave
it'll make a good troller for you!!

Nope.

That trolling motor is strictly for airplanes.

The motor in my first post was on craigslist. I thought I had a deal but the buyer has not returned my emails since we agreed on a price.
