I have some older people I (well, mostly my wife) take care of just a few houses down from us. I understand your position of just trying to help somebody out.

Ed, here is your chance to flame me: I don't like giving to most charities because I feel most of the people taking advantage of them are lazy scum. I know a percentage of people receiving them are honest good people are just down on their luck and need alittle boost, the other majority are just lazy douche bags that wouldn't get off the couch it you set it on fire.

I think with the continued economic down turn we are going to see more people that need alittle boost here and there. Most of these people will figure out a way to survive and recover (I hope).

To all the people that like me: Merry Christmas!

To all the people that DON'T like me: Merry Christmas to you too ya bastards!
i think we should be telling her what a great thing she did. i know if my fam. couldn't feed our two dogs, i would hope we could get some help b/c we would be lost without them being around the house. and ive donated many times at tractor supply when they're doing that. it seems like everyone on here is becoming more and more like the ppl on pirate

Saturday Dave and I went to Sam's Club and pick up a few Donations for the Humane Society so those who really have a dim outlook might be around a bit longer to Give that Unconditional Love. Maybe you can do a little too.... ( not as much as we did.but every little bit helps ) It made us feel really good !

thats awsome of you ... the gas station next to my work has a aspca donation box and every time i get less than $5.00 in change i put it all in the jar ... also we work on there personal cars so i know em well and help when i can

Special Ed needs a boot in the ass for Christmas.

*My opinion only. Not to be construed as jumping on the bandwagon. I am a big boy and can handle myself. My thoughts are my own and I blame no one for them. Please do not misconstrue my attitude and verbalizations of thoughts to be that of a Christmas Spirit, only thoughts directed to Special Ed.

:thankyou:

I have no issue with kind hearted people, who want to do something nice.
I do think it is creepy, to seek out attention for doing so. "Look at how awesome I am !!"
The truly awesome people are the ones who do good every day, and keep quiet about it.
