you dont need any more that 14" of travel and any more just causes problems.

so what if you carry a tire overy now and then? it's better than having a floppy hot dog on the trail...

if you're going fast then it's a different story all together...

with tubing the rear of the jeep I was undecided how to package the shock and not look too small. I agree with the 16" just wanted to make sure I didn't under do the rear shocks. The 14's will actually be just right in the front.

if you are putting them on a full bodied vehicle you should go with the 2.5" air shocks... the 2.0" coilovers are fine though
