Default ABC Warehouse sucks (lowered price)

My parents bought a washer from them and got the 5 year extended warranty. Well about 2 years later we started having problems with it, where it tears clothes during the spin cycle, we have had their warranty people out about 8 times, and they can't figure it out. They refuse to help us anymore, and say we are doing something wrong, and we are not overloading it or anything. We even got a lawyer involved and they still refuse to do anything. So I just wanted to let everyone know that ABC warehouse extended warranties are a scam, and they will not help you out when the products breaks.

sounds like they helped you out 8 times. I'm sure the cost of 8 service calls exceeded any part cost they would have happily replaced.

and what kind of MPG does this washer get? How much you selling it for?

Default Hmmmm

All extended warranties are scams

It's where they make more money usually......and chances are that if you needed it......they wouldn't sell them!

Yeah, some cases people have a story how it came in handy.

I have never bought one on any electronic/appliance and have never had the need.

May be personal preference, but I will never buy one

ABC Seems to bait and switch all the time too - I have had many times they will have a great deal in a add and every time when you show up you get the "Oh well we only had 4 of those but we do have this model for more money. Oh and no rain checks on the add model, we won't be getting any more of those" Hmmm -
