Yes that is all powder coat on a metal cutout that I made with my cnc plasma cutter. Most powder coaters wont even consider doing something like that!!! Thats what makes us unique.

Very nice!! Amazing what you can do with stencils, hi temp tape and a few trips thru the oven.

Did it warp at all from the trips in the oven?

No it did not warp at all!!! No stencils!!!!! No High temp tape!!!! Yes a few trips through the oven.

I don't, but I know the process. My brother also works at a pc plant locally.

So, you basically did that freehand? I am truly impressed. You silk screen the powder, or is the process a shop secret?

I used custom vinyl masks that i made, no high temp. That is all of the secret I am willing to disclose at this point......

Its hard for me to say really how much actual time was involved in that because I did a bunch of other stuff at the same time. But just a rough guess, like 3 hrs.

Price depends on the size, how many colors are invovled, and also the type of file that you provide or we can find.
