Yup, you've ruled out a lot of people with the 40" tire rule.

contact 1-231-885-2967 and ask for Wes. He may just change that tire rule.

It seems like an odd choice unless they are trying to have a small field. I've seen lots of guys with tires bigger than 40's who did horrible compared to some guys on 35's. Not to mention, all of us under 40's guys have something to prove so we try harder!

Why not allow 35" tires? My old iroks were labeled 37", but they measured 34.5. My old 35" trxus measured 35.5"

does anyone with 35's have a problem competing with someone on say 40's or bigger it's only going to be a 20 truck field the more that send there reg. in the more we have to pick from

It really doesn't matter to me. I've never been big on beating the crap out of my rig in a comp so I'll just be spectating. But I think it would be good if you allowed a 35-40 class.

I won't be in it but having been in a couple comps it seems like the good tire size breaks are
35-39
40-up

Knowing you only want a 20 rig field means you prolly also don't want 2 classes though. Personally, I think it's cool to be the underdog trying to out perform the big tire guys. With the right spotter and the right driver, I think people would be surprised how mcuh a rig can do on 35" tires
