I will look... the trail leader that led us to this place didnt tell you that we were on a bog. There was actually no bottom. I was jamming 10' logs thru the ground roots and peat were the only thing keeping the truck from falling in. 3 trucks in about 100' when we turned around and then it was a looooooooooong time before we got the 3 trucks back out

St. Helen motor sports area... "pine fresh trail" broke 3 rigs and took a couple hours to get everyone out of the trail.

Yeah, Lon and Ryan. That stuck is from that same area. Have we met?

Yup. Ryan is my cousin. I went wheeling with him back when he first got his XJ. I didnt have a 4x4 at the time, but he took me along since he knew I had some basic knowledge. I was the tall bastard riding shotgun with him (6'5" fat ass). The time we met was the time you blew a bead in the sand and had to stop at about every gas station on the way home to air up. At least a couple years ago.

Id like to get a nice group together and head back down there soon. I havent been there since november. Both my friends and ryan have been dragging their feet about going back, and I dont want to go alone (for obvious reasons). ;)

Sunny when I got stuck, then of course it started pouring, 4 hours later and in the dark I got out. apparently there was a solid dirt covered rock I was high centered on in the middle of the muddy hill climb. Those are 38's

Not my worst stuck, but its the best pic I have of one of my stucks. Actually, this is almost a typical day at the Mounds. Broken fender, bent bumper, and 3 inches of water inside. The worst part was getting my fat ass out of the Jeep.

went ice fishing tonight @ thronapple lake near hastings, no pics but what happened was i entered the public axcess and drop crashed thru some ice and i mind you i was 30 yards or so from where the lake itself is. It was a horrable stuck because my friend has a whimpy 2wd truck, im in a super duty, no one wants to pick up the phone, and all i have are some heavy duty tie downs in the bed, which i may add, do NOT work like a comalong (sp). Fortunatly my dad came to the rescue w/my jeep.
